Shipping & Delivery Policy

COVE Reflexology Studio, run by COVE REFLEXOLOGY LLP, provides its services in person at our studio. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

Sessions

Your session is delivered at the studio on the date and time you booked. We confirm every booking on WhatsApp, and send a reminder before your session.

Packs and memberships

Packs and memberships are active as soon as your payment is received. We confirm the purchase on WhatsApp, and you can book your sessions straight away.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered digitally on WhatsApp, to you or to the person you are gifting, usually within a few minutes of payment.

Did not receive a confirmation?

If you have paid but have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us and we will sort it out.
