Booking and visiting
Where is COVE Reflexology Studio?
COVE is at Palak Prime, opposite DoubleTree by Hilton, Iskcon, Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, opposite DoubleTree by Hilton. It is a short drive from Bodakdev, Bopal, Satellite, Prahlad Nagar, Thaltej and SG Highway.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day, 10 AM to 9 PM, including weekends.
How do I book a session?
Book online at book.covereflexologystudio.com, message us on WhatsApp at +91 63592 06060, or call the same number. Online booking shows the real free times and confirms straight away.
Can I walk in without a booking?
Yes, when a chair and a therapist are free. Booking ahead, even an hour before, is the surest way to get the time you want.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to 14 days ahead online. Monthly members can book up to 30 days ahead. Online bookings need at least an hour's notice.
How do I pay?
You pay at the studio after your session, by UPI, card or cash. Pack and membership sessions are already paid for.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 6 hours before your session. Use the link in your booking confirmation, or message or call us. Later cancellations and no-shows count as a used session.
Should I arrive early?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your time, so you can settle in and we can start on time.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable. You stay dressed. For foot sessions, wear trousers that roll up to the knee; for head, neck and shoulder work, a top that leaves the neck free.
Can two people come together?
Yes. The Couple Package is foot reflexology for two, side by side, for ₹2,799. Two people can also book any sessions at the same time.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, for any treatment. Gift cards are valid for 6 months. Ask us at the studio or on WhatsApp.
Packs and membership
How do reflexology packs work at COVE?
Buy 5 or 10 sessions at a lower price per session. The 5-session pack (₹6,199) is valid for 3 months and the 10-session pack (₹11,999) for 6 months. Each session is a Foot Reflexology or Hand Reflexology.
What is the monthly membership?
Four Foot Reflexology or Hand Reflexology sessions every month for ₹5,399, with chairs kept for members and booking up to 30 days ahead. Sessions not used in a month don't carry over.
Which treatments can I use a pack for?
Foot Reflexology and Hand Reflexology, the two general packages. The combined packages and the Couple Package are paid separately.
Can I book online with my pack?
Yes. Book your foot or hand session online as usual, and we use your pack or membership credit when you arrive.
About reflexology
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a hands-on practice that applies precise pressure to points on the feet, hands, ears and head, following maps that link each area to other parts of the body. People come for relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
Is reflexology the same as massage?
No. Massage works on muscles over large areas. Reflexology works point by point on specific reflex maps, mostly on the feet and hands, with slower and more precise pressure. You stay dressed.
Does reflexology hurt?
It shouldn't. Pressure is firm and some points can feel tender, but your therapist adjusts it to you. Say so any time you want it lighter or deeper.
Can reflexology treat a health condition?
No. Reflexology is complementary care for relaxation and wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and is not a substitute for medical care. Keep seeing your doctor for any health concern.
Who should check with a doctor before reflexology?
Tell us before your session, and check with your doctor if unsure, if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, have blood clots or circulation problems, foot injuries or wounds, diabetes-related foot problems, or any other medical condition. We may adapt or decline a session if it isn't suitable.
How will I feel after a session?
Most people feel relaxed and a little slower. Some feel sleepy or thirsty. Drink some water and give yourself a quiet few minutes before driving.
How often should I have reflexology?
There is no fixed rule. Many guests come once a week or once a fortnight for a regular reset; others come when they need it.
