These terms apply to covereflexologystudio.com and to the services of COVE Reflexology Studio, which is run by COVE REFLEXOLOGY LLP ("COVE", "we", "us"). By booking a session, buying a pack, membership or gift card, or using this website, you agree to them.

Our services

We offer reflexology sessions at our studio: foot, hand, cranial, auricular (ear), neck and shoulder work, combined packages and couple sessions, as well as session packs, a monthly membership and gift cards. Current services and prices are on our Treatments & Prices page. Prices are in Indian rupees. We may change prices from time to time; the price shown when you book or buy is the one you pay.

Bookings

• You can book on our booking page, on WhatsApp, by phone or at the studio. A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation.
• Some bookings need payment in advance. An unpaid booking holds the slot for 45 minutes, after which the slot is released.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session so the next guest is not kept waiting.
• Cancellations and changes are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payments

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets) or at the studio by UPI, card or cash. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. All payments are received by COVE REFLEXOLOGY LLP.

Packs, memberships and gift cards

• The 5-session pack is valid for 3 months and the 10-session pack for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The monthly membership includes four sessions in each month of membership. Sessions not used in a month do not carry over.
• Pack and membership sessions can be used for the general packages (foot or hand reflexology). Other services are paid separately.
• Sessions not used within the validity period expire.
• Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued, can be used for our services, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your health

Reflexology is complementary care. It is not medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please tell us before your session if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, have blood clots, foot injuries or wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or any other medical condition, and check with your doctor if you are unsure. We may adapt or decline a session if it is not suitable for you.

At the studio

We ask all guests to treat our team and other guests with respect. We may refuse or end a session in case of inappropriate behaviour, without a refund.

Liability

We take care to provide our services safely and with skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
