Your first visit to COVE
A first session takes about an hour door to door: a few minutes to settle in, 45 minutes or more of treatment, and a quiet minute at the end. You stay dressed throughout. Here is what to expect.
1. Book a time
Book online, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 63592 06060. Online, you choose a treatment, a day and a time, and confirm your WhatsApp number with a code. Not sure what to pick? Start with Foot Reflexology.
2. Tell us about your health
Add a note when you book, or tell us when you arrive, if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, have blood clots or circulation problems, foot injuries or wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or any other medical condition. Reflexology is complementary care, not medical treatment; if you are unsure whether it suits you, check with your doctor first.
3. Wear something comfortable
For foot sessions, wear trousers that roll up to the knee. For head, neck and shoulder work, a top that leaves the neck free, and leave heavy jewellery at home.
4. Find the studio
We are at Palak Prime, opposite DoubleTree by Hilton, Iskcon, Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, opposite DoubleTree by Hilton. Open it in Google Maps. Please arrive 10 minutes before your time.
5. The session
We start with a short conversation about how you feel today. Then you sit back in a reclining chair (for feet and hands) or a head-massage chair (for head, neck and shoulders). Your therapist works through the reflex maps with slow, precise pressure and adjusts it to you as they go. Talk, or close your eyes and rest.
6. Afterwards
Most people feel relaxed and a little slower. Have a glass of water, take a quiet minute, and leave at your own pace. Give yourself a few minutes before driving.
7. Paying
You pay at the studio after your session, by UPI, card or cash. If you come regularly, a pack or the monthly membership costs less per session; see prices.
Changing or cancelling

Questions about a first visit
How long does a first visit take?
Allow about an hour for a 45-minute session: arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, and take a quiet few minutes afterwards.
Do I need to undress for reflexology?
No. You stay dressed. For foot sessions you only take off your shoes and socks.
Can I talk during the session?
Yes, or stay quiet. Many guests close their eyes and rest. Tell your therapist any time you want the pressure lighter or deeper.
