Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
COVE REFLEXOLOGY LLP runs COVE Reflexology Studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, book with us or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email if you give it to us.
- Your bookings, visits and purchases, such as packs, memberships and gift cards.
- Payment records: amount, date and status. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not by us.
- Health notes you choose to share so our therapists can care for you safely.
- Messages you send us and feedback you give after a session.
This website
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
- To make, confirm and remind you of bookings.
- To take payments, issue receipts and process refunds.
- To keep your client record, including packs, memberships and gift cards.
- To care for you safely during your sessions.
- To ask for feedback and, if you are happy for us to, tell you about offers. You can ask us to stop offers at any time.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio, and only as much as they need: Razorpay for online payments, our WhatsApp Business messaging provider for booking messages, and the technology providers that host our booking system. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are our client and for as long as the law requires after that, for example for tax and accounting records. Health notes are kept only as long as they are needed for your care.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored on secured servers in India, and only our team can see it. Our website and online payments use encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to messages. You can also raise a concern with us about how we handle your information. To do any of this, contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We see guests under 18 only with a parent or guardian, who gives us their information on their behalf.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
