About this treatment

This session moves the work up the body. Your therapist works on the head (cranial), the reflex map of the ears (auricular), and the neck and shoulders, where screen time and long days tend to collect.

It takes place in one of our head-massage chairs, which are set aside for this work, so it has its own times on the booking page.

What happens in the session

1. A short conversation about how you feel and anything we should know.
2. You sit in a head-massage chair, upright and supported.
3. Your therapist works through the head, both ears, the neck and the shoulders.
4. A minute to rest, a glass of water, and out at your own pace.

What to wear

A top that leaves the neck free, without a high collar. Take off earrings and necklaces before you sit down. You stay dressed for every treatment at COVE.
