About this treatment
The hands carry a reflex map too, smaller than the feet's. In a hand session your therapist works through the palms, fingers and wrists of both hands with slow, precise pressure.
It suits people who spend the day typing, on a phone or working with their hands, and anyone who would rather not have their feet touched.
What happens in the session
- A short conversation about how you feel and anything we should know.
- You sit back in a reclining chair.
- Your therapist works through the reflex maps of each hand, palm, fingers and wrist.
- A minute to rest, a glass of water, and out at your own pace.
Good for
- Desk and screen work
- Sensitive or ticklish feet
- A short break in a busy day
What to wear
Anything comfortable, with sleeves that push up past the wrist. You stay dressed for every treatment at COVE.
Before you book
Reflexology is complementary care for relaxation and wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Questions about Hand Reflexology
Is hand reflexology different from foot reflexology?
It is the same practice on a different map. The hands' map is smaller, so the work is finer. Some people simply prefer it, for example when their feet are sensitive.
Can I use my pack or membership for hand reflexology?
Yes. Hand Reflexology is one of the two general packages that packs and the membership cover.
